Dr. Ali Tahir al-Hamoud, on the general political situation and concern for the country's democratic system and mutual blackmail between the regime’s forces and its reflection on the legislation of the laws. We exchanged views on the confusion of the overall political situation and examined the effects of past and current experiences on the form and structure of constitutional institutions. We believe in the importance of continuing to work to reduce overlap between powers and uphold democracy as a constitutional option and not to allow it to be undermined.
